Anderson Wealth Planning was founded by John’s father over 50 years ago, and under John's leadership, the firm continues to honor that legacy by serving communities across the country. With established offices in Pennsylvania, Hawaii, and Kentucky, the firm provides comprehensive, personalized financial guidance grounded in integrity and a client-first philosophy.

Taking a holistic approach to financial planning, John helps to ensure that every facet of a client’s financial life is carefully addressed. His extensive experience and broad knowledge base allow him to craft customized strategies designed to help clients pursue their long-term goals with clarity and confidence. In addition to working directly with clients, John serves as the lead portfolio manager for Anderson Wealth Planning’s in-house advisory portfolios, bringing thoughtful, research-driven oversight to the firm’s investment strategies.

John is affiliated with LPL Financial, the nation’s largest independent broker-dealer, (based on total revenues, Financial Planning magazine 1996-2024), which allows him to offer sound financial advice in a non-proprietary environment, equipping clients with a wide range of tools and resources best suited to their individual needs.

Originally from Hawaii, John earned his degree in Economics from the University of Louisville after attending the University of Hawaii. He currently holds the Series 6, 7, 24, 51, 63, and 66 registrations through LPL Financial, as well as life insurance licenses. He is also a registered Investment Advisor Representative.

John now resides in beautiful Bucks County, Pennsylvania with his wife, Robyn and his two dogs.  He enjoys spending time with their adult children, Alyssa and Jacob.  In his free time, he enjoys playing basketball, traveling, and cheering on his favorite Philadelphia sports teams, especially the Eagles.
